Horizon automatic door operators provide a welcoming entrance
for visitors with ease of access, while controlling the internal
environment by limiting heat loss in winter and cooling loss
in summer.
- Electric Locking Systems
The Horizon magnetic lock is purpose designed and manufactured
to fully integrate with Horizon automatic sliding door microprocessors.
This lock can be controlled by modeswitch, keypad, time clock,
computer or building management systems
- Activating Devices
There are two main categories of sensing devices used to activate
automatic doors. Active infrared and microwave sensors. The decision
of which type of sensor to use is dependent on the requirements
of each site
- Door Safety Options
Automatic door safety is the key factor when it comes to automatic
doors in the public environment. Two sets of safety beam eyes are required at 100mm and 700mm either side of door opening.
